Apply your UX research expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world insight into how people interact with digital products. This remote contract role is suited to researchers who are passionate about user-centered design, actionable findings, and clear communication. Prior AI experience is not required. Role Overview

You will contribute domain expertise that helps AI systems learn, reason, and perform by translating real user experiences, research methods, and design thinking into valuable training input and feedback.

• Conduct user research sessions to understand user behaviors, motivations, and challenges across digital products.
• Design, run, and evaluate usability tests that assess and improve interface functionality and intuitiveness.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative findings to develop design recommendations and product improvements.
• Partner with UX/UI designers to turn research findings into actionable, user-centered solutions.
• Create clear reports, personas, journey maps, and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
• Recommend enhancements and best practices aligned with current UX trends and accessibility standards.
• Provide real-world scenarios and expert feedback on user interactions to inform AI system training.

• Demonstrated expertise in UX research, user research, usability testing, and UX/UI design.
• Experience designing and conducting both remote and in-person user research studies.
• Strong analytical ability, including translating complex data into meaningful recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of current UX tools, methods, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage varied research assignments in a distributed setting, collaborate across disciplines, and adapt to changing project requirements.

• Remote contract engagement for candidates located in the United States.

• $30 to $90 per hour.
