Job Summary: Brooksider is seeking part-time and full-time servers who are dedicated and customer-focused to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will deliver excellent dining experiences by greeting guests, taking accurate orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely manner. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at clear communication, and collaborates smoothly with both front-of-house and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor and present menus.
• Explain menu items, offer recommendations, and answer questions regarding ingredients or specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to tables quickly while ensuring high standards of presentation and accuracy.
• Check on guests during their meals to ensure complete satisfaction and address any requests.
• Clear dishes, sanitize tables, and prepare dining areas for incoming guests.
• Handle guest payments accurately and operate cash register or card payment systems.
• Maintain clean and well-stocked server stations throughout the shift.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to maintain seamless workflow and guest service.
• Follow all local health codes, sanitation protocols, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to quality guest service.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a high-volume environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing digital transactions.
• Strong physical stamina, including the ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for long periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
